Dear Collector,
Welcome to the December 2025 Hollywood Signature® Auction!
As another year winds down, we are thrilled to bring you a Signature sale worthy of the distinction.
These treasured vessels encapsulate the entirety of Hollywood history, many of which are being
brought to auction for the first time. Among these historic pieces are groundbreaking artworks from
the origins of visual effects including the matte painting of the Ewok Village from Star Wars: Episode
VI – Return of the Jedi and the master painting from Young Sherlock Holmes used to create the first
computer-generated character in a movie. We are also proud to offer the collection of Fred Roos,
the casting director and Oscar-winning producer instrumental in shaping the career of Francis Ford
Coppola and championing rising talents like Harrison Ford and Tom Cruise. Star Trek collectors will
be delighted to find nearly 100 items from the entire franchise including Harlan Ellison and Gene
Roddenberry’s early working drafts and original concept artwork from Matt Jefferies, Rick Sternbach,
and Andrew Probert. A standout of this sale is surely Conan the Berserker, the 1967 masterwork from
legendary fantasy artist Frank Frazetta.
And the list goes on, including:
